What to expect ## Booking a roofer in Evercreech Hiring a roofer can feel like a gamble. Here's exactly how it works when you book TB Roofing and Property Maintenance in Evercreech, from the first phone call to the final clean-up. 01 ### Your first call Call 07360 543818 or send the quote form. You'll speak to Travis, not an office. Tell him what you've noticed (a damp patch, a slipped tile, a sagging gutter) and, if you can, send a photo. He'll arrange a time to visit your Evercreech property, between Mon–Fri, 8am–8pm. 02 ### The inspection For homeowners, the inspection is free. Travis checks the roof, chimney, gutters and, where he can get in, the loft. He photographs what he finds and walks you through it in plain English, so you understand the problem as clearly as he does. If you don't yet own the property, there is a charge for the inspection, which is confirmed before he visits. 03 ### Your fixed-price quote You get one fixed price for the work, not a day rate that can creep up. Where there's more than one way to fix the problem, the options are explained honestly, including when a repair makes more sense than a replacement. There's no pressure to decide on the spot. 04 ### On the day Travis turns up when he says he will, carries out the agreed work and keeps your property tidy throughout. If anything unexpected turns up once the roof is open, you're shown photo evidence before any extra work is discussed. When the job is finished, the area is cleared, gutters are checked and you get before-and-after photos, along with written confirmation of your guarantee.
